These metal guide bolts are made according to DIN ISO 10069-2

When used in conjunction with metal collars DIN 9835A, they are ideal for safely stacking urelast or rubber springs, thus allowing for greater forces from the same size springs. 

When connecting elastomer springs, spring washers must be used that slide over the guide bolts. When selecting spring washers, the outer diameter must be selected according to the deformation. The stroke of an individual spring is multiplied by the number of springs in sequence under the same load.
