The rubber air spring (referred to as the rubber air bag) is filled with compressed gas (air pressure 0.5-1Mpa) in a sealed container, and uses the compressibility of the gas to realize its spring effect. The stiffness of this spring is variable. When the load acting on the spring hill increases, the quantitative gas in the container is compressed, and the air pressure increases, and the stiffness of the spring increases. On the contrary, when the load decreases, the air pressure in the spring decreases and the stiffness decreases. In this way, the rubber airbag has ideal elasticity. There are two types of rubber air springs: bladder type and diaphragm type. The bladder type rubber air spring is composed of a rubber air bladder sandwiched with cords and compressed air sealed in it. The inner layer of the bladder is made of air-tight rubber, while the outer layer is made of oil-resistant rubber. The upper and lower covers seal the air bag.
