The innovative rubber air spring, also known as the rubber air bag, is engineered to be filled with compressed gas at an air pressure range of 0.5-1Mpa within a sealed container. Leveraging the compressibility of gas, it effectively functions as a spring with variable stiffness. As the load on the spring increases, the gas within gets compressed, leading to a rise in air pressure and spring stiffness. Conversely, a decrease in load results in reduced air pressure and stiffness, providing the rubber airbag with remarkable elasticity. There are two primary types of rubber air springs: bladder type and diaphragm type. The bladder type consists of a rubber air bladder reinforced with cords and sealed with compressed air. The inner layer of the bladder is crafted from air-tight rubber, while the outer layer is made from oil-resistant rubber, and the air bag is securely sealed by upper and lower covers.
